Service Description

This $50 booking fee is NOT an installation service fee. Before making any payments, please contact our staff to confirm the installation fee for your chosen product. We offer this service to customers who purchase car seat covers from us. In order to book the installation of your seat covers, kindly make your booking in advance. Cancellation Policy

We value your time, our time & the service that we provide. Unfortunately, the services we offer are not like an appointment might only be 20 minutes – the car seat installation may take up to 90 minutes to 4 hours or more. So last-minute cancellations cost us dearly if we are unable to re-fill the appointment. So, in order to be able to afford to continue operating, we must strictly enforce our cancellation policy. Booking Fee All clients are required to leave a service booking fee to secure their first appointment, which will be deducted from the cost of the actual appointment. • Online bookings have a feature to allow you to securely leave your credit card. • No-show clients and late cancellations will result in the loss of the paid booking fee. Cancellations and Rescheduling We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling, a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancelling (or rescheduling) appointments is necessary to protect both our service professionals and to provide waitlisted clients with the opportunity to book new openings. Late cancellations of the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeit of the booking fee. No-Shows No-Shows for an appointment will result in you losing your booking fee. Multiple no-shows may require you to make full payment for your booked service to secure an appointment Late Arrivals If you are late to your appointment, the end time of the session will still be honoured to keep other clients from being inconvenienced, as such your appointment time will be reduced accordingly. We request that where possible, you show both our service professionals and other clients the same courtesies you’d expect for your appointment. Please understand that by cancelling at the last minute, your problem or issue becomes ours. Thank you for your business.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at yqhtradingptyltd@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address that will be provided in an email to you, upon your request for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
