RETURN POLICY

There may be times when you need to return your in-store or online purchase. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you in returning your product.

We would like to remind you that the benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under Australian consumer law.

We do not refund for change of mind, so please choose our items carefully before making your selection and proceeding with your online purchase order.

We are only able to accept a product for a refund, replacement or credit where there has been a major failure, such as:

  • When the product has been assessed and found faulty.

  • The product has been wrongly described.

  • The product differs from the sample provided.

  • Or the product does not meet the “fitness of purpose”.

  • All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase/delivery.

We may need to conduct an assessment of your product to determine whether a refund, replacement or credit is appropriate.

Refund Conditions

We will only give you the refund once we have received the product and inspected it and assessed whether it is eligible for a refund under these conditions

 

  • The product must be in the same condition that it was supplied, must be intact, unused and in its original packaging.

  • The original packaging must include any manuals and accessories.

  • A valid tax invoice or original proof of purchase must be provided.

  • A fee may be charged for cancellations before an order is shipped to cover transaction costs. This can be up to 5% depending on the payment method used on the order.

  • Once an order is shipped, Y&D may offer a refund at its own discretion, however, all discretionary refunds carry a 20% restocking fee and all postage fees must be paid by the customer.

  • All Returned and Exchanged merchandise must be in new, resalable, unused, undamaged condition, securely and correctly repacked in original box & packing materials. A valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required and must appear in black ink on the return address label.

 

Any refund we make will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product. If the payment is made by card, the refund has to be refunded on the same card. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

NO Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges for:

  • Damaged, abused, misused or incorrectly packed items.

  • Clearance Sale items are considered final sale and can't be returned,  refunded.

  • Simply change of mind
